Labour Finland is an independent information service created to make Finnish wage and working-life information easier to understand.
The focus is clarity, sources, dates and a transparent methodology. When a wage figure is published, you should be able to see what it represents, where it came from and when it was last checked.
Labour Finland is an independent information service and is not affiliated with or operated by the Finnish government, any public authority, trade union, employer organisation or recruitment agency.
How the project is run
Labour Finland is a focused information product. It does not claim to have a large editorial team. New wage records are added only after a source, classification and validity period have been checked.
Accuracy before completeness
A missing wage is acceptable. An invented wage is not. Occupations without a current verified record show that information is being prepared.
