Collective agreements
In many Finnish jobs, minimum employment terms can come from an applicable collective agreement rather than from one national euro minimum wage.
A collective agreement is a negotiated set of employment terms for a sector or group of work. It can affect pay scales, working time and other conditions. Whether a particular agreement applies depends on the work and the employment relationship. Labour Finland does not determine that for you.
